All of our products have a 10-Day Replacement & Refund Guarantee.
Items purchased within 10-days can be returned for an exchange or online credit note or refund to original payment mode.
Making a return in 3 easy steps!
1. Send a request to our Returns Department via email at support@screenguards.co.in, along with picture of product and issue you are having
2. After validation (2-4 days) we will arrange for the pickup for free, and if not available, you can ship us the product back (upto Rs.80/- credit will be applied to your wallet)
3. After recieving the product it will go through QC and then Refund/Replacement for same will be sent to your address free of cost.
Prepaid Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel the order, you can do so before order has been shipped, and we will refund the 100% amount without any deductions in 5 working days. Or
Mail us on support@screenguards.co.in for same.
In case of Exchanges / Replacements:
Do not worry, if you ordered a wrong product / or want to exchange it for any reason like looks, color, fit etc.
- Send us picture of the product you got, pleases make sure it's in original condition.
- Reverse Pickup will be done for free / or reimbursed if pickup is not available in your area.
- Shipping of the replacement product is also done for free.
- As soon as the product is picked up from you, we dispatch the replacement simultaneously (time to resolution reduced by 3 days).
All products go through Quality Check procedure, to ensure products are in original condition.
If you have received a defective/broken product, it needs to be reported within 72 hours of delivery, to be eligible for a new product free of cost.
