Q. What is the difference between the Slim Armor and the Tough Armor?

A. The Tough Armor is our thickest case yet for the Slim Armor series. The main difference is that the TPU and the frames are bigger and thicker for even better drop protection. We also have utilized a new Air-Cushion technology along with our Spider-web design for ultimate shock absorbency.

Q. What does it mean by "Double Layered"?

A. The case is actually in two parts, we have the anti-shock absorbent TPU case as the body and a polycarbonate hard case shell for that additional protection. The hard case portion is interchangeable with other Tough Armor hard frames.

Q. How do I remove the case?

A. Remove the device by pushing the case from the upper right corner first. Then push the upper left corner of the case to completely separate the device from the case.

Q. Can I use the case with my headphones/speaker?

A. The case is compatible with Apple EarPods, and earbuds with L-shaped plugs (within 6.17mm diameter) including Beats by Dr.Dre.

Q. Is it made out of real metal?

A. The Gunmetal and Metal Slate are the names of the colors that are available, but the actual case is made out of polycarbonate with a metallic finish.

Q. Is the case compatible with the GLAS.t/R/Nano series?

A. Yes it will be compatible with Spigen Tempered Glass screen protectors
